Is there an airside hotel at Suvarnabhumi Airport?

Miracle Transit Hotel is the only airside hotel at BKK. The other onsite hotels require immigration clearance.

Hotels inside the airport

Suvarnabhumi has four hotels within the airport complex. Novotel is the primary airport hotel, and Miracle Transit Hotel is currently the only airside option.

Boxtel and Avagard Capsule Hotel cater for short-stay transits with smaller beds and shared toilet facilities.

Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport

Four-star hotel Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi is a short 5-10 minute walk from the airport terminal through an underground tunnel.

The large traditional Thai-themed hotel has a total of 612 rooms with sizes ranging from 34 m²-56 m² accommodating up to two people. Check-in is open 24 hours which is perfect if you’re arriving on an out-of-hours flight.

Leisure facilities include a SPA with massage rooms, a fitness gym equipped with a sauna,  and an outdoor swimming pool with a pool bar. 

You’ll be spoilt for food choices at Novotel, with five in-house restaurants offering Chinese, Japanese and international cuisine.

How to get there? 

Walk – When you exit customs after picking up your bags, head down the travelator to the B floor and follow the signs to the airport hotel.

Shuttle – 24-hour shuttle service to the hotel is available at Gate 4 within arrivals on level 2. (no shuttle reservation required)


Boxtel Hotel

Conveniently located within the airport complex, Boxel is a short-stay (up to 4 hours) hotel with 24-hour check-in.

The small 12 soundproofed rooms at Boxtel are fitted with a single bed accommodating one person and just enough space to store a large suitcase. The rooms are perfect if you need to catch some shut-eye during a short transit.

Public toilets are available within the airport complex but are not exclusive to hotel guests. No shower facilities are available.

Boxtel provides free WiFi, luggage storage, and a wake-up call. Plenty of food options are located in arrivals within walking distance from the Boxtel rooms.

The hotel is located on B floor arrivals, a 2-minute walk after exiting customs.


Avagard Capsule Hotel

Fancy a unique sleeping experience? Suvarnabhumi has capsule sleeping pods in the basement of the arrival, which can be booked for 7-15 hours.

The Avagard Capsule Hotel is a spaceship theme pod hotel, each room is fitted with a control dashboard for air conditioning, fan speed, ambient lighting, USB charging, and a small locker.

Public airport toilets are 2 minutes from the hotel but have no shower facilities.

Upon check-in, the staff will provide you with a pin used for the capsule access and adjacent baggage locker. Free WiFi, ear plugs, complimentary water, and toiletries are also included.

Hotel pods can be booked during the day (10 am – 5 pm) for 7 hours or at night (6 pm – 9 am) for 15 hours.

Miracle Transit Hotel

3-star airside hotel with 20 double and twin ensuite rooms for short-stay bookings (4-12 hours).  

Miracle Transit Hotel is located at concourse G within the international departures lounge, so no immigration clearance is required to reach the hotel.

The hotel has a 24-hour check-in desk and bar, which serves drinks as-well-as international cuisine.

How to get there? 

The hotel is located within concourse G on the 4th floor at international departures.

Booking is only available directly through their website.

Suvarnabhumi Ville Airport Hotel

Modern airport hotel within 10 minutes shuttle bus from Suvarnabhumi with outdoor swimming pool, karaoke rooms, and 24-hour fitness/sauna.

Suvarnabhumi Ville Airport Hotel has 119 rooms with 7 room types for different budget ranges, including a premier suite with pool access. 

The 3-star hotel has a buffet breakfast, an in-house Thai cuisine restaurant, and a unique rooftop skyway with views of the airport runway.

4-star residence hotel located 10 minutes by shuttle bus from the airport with an outdoor swimming pool, fitness gym, children’s play area, and a spa with Thai massage facilities.

The hotel has 115 rooms with room types ranging from standard to full-size villas fitted with a small kitchen. 

Prices range from 1,300-2,000 THB per night.

The shuttle bus runs 24 hours to and from the hotel for an additional fee.

The Park Nine Suvarnabhumi

The Park Nine Suvarnabhumi is a newly built hotel within driving distance (7 minutes) from the airport with an outdoor swimming pool, an in-house coffee shop, and a Thai fusion restaurant.

The 4-star modern hotel has 114 rooms ranging from Superior Room (28 sqm) to larger 2-bedroom suites (90 sqm) with kitchen and cooker.

The 24-hour shuttle bus service to and from the airport is complimentary.

Prices range from 2,500-10,000 THB per night.
